On-site Oil and Chemical Management is a business model in which RFC agrees to place its employees on a customer’s site to actively manage our customer’s oil, grease and/or chemical programs.  Upon agreement, we will conduct a complete facility survey of all products defined in this scope of work.  This survey will include documenting all points-of-use within the facility and making sure the right product is being used at this specific point.  RFC uses this survey as our guide to make regularly scheduled inspections and confirm proper chemical concentration levels.  Our on-site management team will specialize in coordinating all lab analysis activities: collecting all samples, sending in all samples to be analyzed, reviewing and reporting all findings, storing lab analysis reports and recommending corrective actions when appropriate to achieve defined OEM standards, improve employee safety, insure product quality and increase the facility’s overall plant reliability.
